Fit nicely under the seats of all the planes that I was on during this trip. There were six planes and it went under every seat easily. Didn't receive any flack from either United Airlines, or Delta for having both bags on their flights. **Q: Will in fit under seat on Delta?** A: It will not fit under all the seats on Delta. They have added electrical boxes under at least one seat on every row. The boxes house the wiring used to provide extra access to plugs and ports. The bag needs to be one inch narrower to fit now.
