Review: Great value for money - cheaper than many AC only units and the Heat performs well also! - Just for a frame of reference I was using a 10K BTU window unit that was no longer keeping up during the hottest part of the day so I ordered a 14k portable unit to replace it ... boy was that a mistake ... my 10K old unit was better so, I seen this ... even at 12K it far outperforms the 14K portable and my old 10K unit. This unit is FROSTY! I got about 350 SQ down to 62 then tested the heat mode and it works fine also ... Exceptional value for what I paid just over 400 usd. It is also quiet so thats a plus. My only issue is the remote, app, and screen on the unit don't seem to be in sync ... not sure what's up with that maybe the app needs work?
Review: Loud Unit, AC and heat but loud - I bought a unit from them and it came with some wrong parts. I called them up to try to get them to send me the right parts. They wanted me to send the AC unit all the way back that means I had to take it out of the window and do all that I wasn’t gonna do all that so it ended up. I had to make do what I had and they didn’t never bother to even get back in touch with me again so I would never buy from them again they sent the wrong parts and they try to pretend they want to make deal with it, but I wasn’t gonna pull that out so that’s why I gave them one star the unit itself is a pretty decent unit but quite loud it said it’s quiet, but it’s not it’s loud
