If I weren't, I would avoid this like the plague. Most people don't understand how small a milligram is and without some special skills and equipment, trying to measure a 2 mg dose is futile. Do yourself a favor and dilute this to a concentration that's easier to dose. If you're wondering, "How do I do that?", this might not be for you. All of that being said, this is the cheapest way to go for pure melatonin. I do not doubt the stated purity here.
