The battery for the boat lasted a good 20+ minutes, plus it comes with a backup. The remote takes 2 AA batteries (not included). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun and entertainment *by E***T on August 10, 2026* Wonderful toy my son loves it is heavy water proof with light control for better use, stability and versatility. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great toy boat-enjoyed by kids across different age groups *by O***. on October 31, 2025* I got this boat for my younger son, and he was excited about it the moment he found it on Amazon. It was delivered yesterday and we decided to test it today; it did not disappoint. The boat manoeuvres very smoothly on water, has a good speed, and features bright, colourful lights that look great in action. Both of my sons, ages 9 and 11, had so much fun playing with it. We used it for about 40 minutes, and the batteries in the remote control held up perfectly. It’s still too early to comment on its long-term durability since we’ve got it so recently, but it appears to be well-made and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it has made a great first impression, and I hope it continues to perform just as well over time. ## Frequently Bought Together - JOI MEW RC Boat for Kids with LED Lights, 2.4Ghz Remote Control Racing Boats for 8-12,Toy Water Boat for Pools & Lakes with Waterproof,Rechargeable Battery, for Boys Girls Blue - TOLLCY Remote Control Boat for Kids, 2Pack RC Boats with LED Lights for Pools Lakes River & Bathtub, 2.4Ghz Control, Whole Body Waterproof, 2 Rechargeable Batteries Summer Water Toys - 2.4G Remote Control Shark Toy 1:18 Scale High Simulation Shark for Swimming Pool Bathroom - Great Gift RC Boat Toys for 6+ Year Old Boys and Girls (with 2 Batteries) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/621672204-joi-mew-remote-control-boat-for-kids-rc-boat-pool](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/621672204-joi-mew-remote-control-boat-for-kids-rc-boat-pool) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
