I have very regular periods and I wanted to give this a try since it had super good reviews. It made me miss my period completely. I was supposed to get it on 4/1/2020 and it never came. Took a pregnancy test on 4/9/2020 and it came back negative. This isn’t for someone with regular periods. Now I have to wait for my period to come back. Very upset of this, we really want to have a baby.

Unfortunately these have done absolutely nothing for me despite being taken every day for months. My period has not regulated at all and still not pregnant. In fact, it seemed to make my already irregular cycles even worse- going from 33-41 days to 38-55 days and having longer periods (up to 22 days...ugh). Definitely don’t recommend. Only positive is that they truly are tasteless.

I am currently in the stages of tracking my cycle and trying to get it as regulated as possible before fully TTC, I haven't had a period in 4 months ( large amount of weight gain followed by a large weight drop) and after about 1-1/2 weeks of taking this my period came! I'll make sure to update this review after 1 full pack of taking this but I honestly believe that this works well! An added bonus there is no taste with this, so its super easy to just add to water!

Not sure how this is supposed to help. I took it for 5 months and all it did was decrease the length of my period by 5 days (and it's already shorter) and I spotted for three additional days before my period started. Drove me crazy. So this isn't for me, but I've heard it helps people with ovulation issues so I hope it helps someone else.

Had been TTC for 6 months, my cycles were wonky, I never knew when I was really ovulating. Used this and on the first month, I got a positive pregnancy test.

I have PCOS and used this product and for the first time I ovulated on time and got my period in 31 days (as oppose to ~50 days). Def worth a shot if you struggle with irregular cycles!!!

it gave me a very painful ovarian cyst by the time i finished my first container, and it didnt seem to hep or change anything.

I'm on my 2nd box of this not sure if this works or not we will see in a couple weeks.
