I love SULU oils. I have ordered multiple flavors. The avocado oil has a nice green color, which confirms that it is unrefined. Avocado oil is a fruit oil which has a very neutral taste. I also recommend SULU's sweet almond oil, which has a neutral taste as well. Their olive oils is great too, and tastes similar to other olive oils. Everything I've gotten from them is great. SULU's hemp oil has a very nice earthy taste, but it isn't overpowering. I like hemp oil because it has a 3:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, which means it has the highest omega 3 levels of almost any plant oil. For the most part, only flaxseed oil has more, but that has a fairly yucky taste and needs to be refrigerated.The only downside is that these gallon bottles are hard to pour from without spilling, until you've used at least 25% of the bottle. I use a funnel and I pour them into old glass bottles of walmart's olive oil. That works great because you can just use a napkin to pull out the plastic stopper/limiter and then just snap the "stopper" back into the bottle after you finish pouring. Otherwise, you can also order an oil dispenser and just refill it with SULU's gallon jugs.

Love it's Organic and cold pressed. If you taste on it's own it does have a slight taste. Can't taste it in food. Good value and versatile in baking, frying and any recipe. I use it instead of butter in most recipes or do half and half.

I got away from the corn, vegetable and canola oils and switched to avocado oil and cant taste the difference. I use to season cast iron and my blackstone. Great for frying and far better then the processed oils with great health benefits. Zero smell and had no leakage and solid seal. will buy again.
