I purchased this Kospet watch in August 2024. Unfortunately, the touch screen stopped working after I used it in the shower. While I suspect this may have been due to my own oversight (I didn’t use the watch’s water-resistance function properly), Kospet still provided outstanding support. They promptly sent me a replacement watch without any hassle.Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend Kospet enough—great product and exceptional service!

Before buying this watch, I had ordered from North511, as their ads kept appearing on my social media accounts. Let me say that their stuff is not as advertised and the company's customer service is rude and disingenuous. AVOID.I am a swimming teacher, so needed a watch that can get wet and stay wet for long periods of time. The North511 'indestructible' watch lasted about 6 minutes before dying in the middle of a teaching session on the first day of wearing.So I was wary after buying this one. Unlike my previous purchase, Amazon's returns policy is unlikely to have the customer service team getting rude and sweary at me if anything goes wrong, but I had been burned.This watch looked great out of the box. It was at about 80% of charge, and I had a teaching day the morning after it arrived. I was so worried - carefully dipping it into the pool - until I realised it absolutely HAD to do the job. Completely. So I had no option but to dive in. Literally!What a relief! It works in the swimming pool! Even after 6 hours of dunking in and out, diving in, and general swimming it still works happily.Yes, as you can see from the image it is a little on the chunky side, but it is lightweight on the wrist - and I like the large, bright, clear screen.Connecting to my phone was simple, with a QR code to get the app. There are plenty of options for pairing with a wide variety of phone apps for on-screen notifications on the watch. There isn't a keyboard, so you can only send pre-set replies from the watch screen, but there is so much flexibility with it that it doesn't matter. Phone camera shutter control is cool, as is the ability to take calls without having to fish for my phone from a pocket - or even if left on my desk whilst I'm getting a cup of tea!All the usual features appear - step counter, running, cycling, and other sports monitoring, barometer, compass, heart rate, and sleep monitors, find my phone (along with a 'find my watch' feature on the phone app), and a built-in speaker for your music and videos.Even with all my messing about and the first few days of playing with everything, It took 12 days before I had to put it on charge, even with it only being at 80% out of the box.The only reason it has lost a star is that I cannot find the GPS touted on the sales page. That's not as much of a deal-breaker as being destroyed by going into a swimming pool. So I am very happy that I found this. For the price, this watch is a belter.

It makes me wonder if the current good reviews are for real?1. I received a message from KOSPET after purchasing that not to wear in the bath as steam might get in, assuming can’t wear in the shower. One of the reasons I buy a waterproof one is so I don’t need to take off in the shower.2. BPM measurement is really not accurate. I have one for my chest for my gym sessions, and other previous watches did show small difference of bpm from the chest one which is fine and understandable. But this one is another level in a bad way.q When the chest one shows over 160 it still keeps as 80. Then out of blue when I’m not doing anything it goes up to 120, 130. Or is my one faulty???3. Where’s the GPS mode to show where you are on the watch like you see in the description photos ? Am I missing something here.4. Alarm can not be set as vibration mode. Always sounds on which is very inconvenient.5. Battery not as good as it claims. It started as 88% and on the third day it’s already 20% now.If it was only one issue I would probably try to replace but too many issues for the price and I have to return it. Shame i really liked the design but so far that’s pretty much it :-(
