Disappointed. Poor Design.
No paper instructions. Instead, had to follow the very hard to see pictures on the box. Given how much money they pour into the box, one would think they would give you a piece of paper with more detailed instructions.Also, the TV was crooked after I mounted it (according to said directions on the box). Turns out that this was the product of the mount itself. Had to Jerry-rig it by slipping a piece of paper, folded over many times, into one of the slits that holds the mounting bracket, just to get it to be close to level/straight.Overall, disappointed with the purchase.
