Comfortable as a foam but kinda raises the temperature in your shoes. Makes my shoe kinda tighter, which would be fine if my shoes were a little bit loosely fit

Good quality

Very good for running. My Adidas shoes which is already good with this is now ultra comfort. As mentioned by others, it makes the shoes a bit tighter but if you are going to use it for running, it's worth buying. I wouldn't recommend it for long day usage as it may impact the breathing space inside the shoes. It's a great product for a max 1-2 hours of usage. I haven't tried washing it, not sure if washing will affect it's endurance
