Thank you **Q: Will it work to replace an American vintage bridge?** A: It was a perfect fit replacement for my 2011 American Telecaster 60th Anniversary edition. Holes lined up perfectly, so no drilling. And I haven't noticed any tone differences that some had suggested might happen... and gone is all the string sliding on the barrels. What did help tone in order of impact was putting in Jason Lollar pickups, new pots, and a bone nut. To my ear, sustain has improved maybe 25% ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Upgrade from Vintage Style Bridge *by M***E on September 15, 2020* I bought this to install on my Squier Offset Telecaster. The stock bridge was vintage correct with 3 saddles. The action proved to be hard to dial in, and I wasn't satisfied with the intonation either, particularly on the high B and E strings, so it didn't take me long to decide that this was something I would upgrade. Being an unusual model and an import at that, I had some concerns about finding a compatible bridge, but I read that this Gotoh bridge was compatible with Classic Vibe Squiers, and sure enough, it works on Squier's Offset Tele, also. Installing the new bridge was simple enough, and now, I'm pretty much in love with this guitar. Big improvement that I would recommend for any player, and it surprises me that so many Squiers and Fenders still use the vintage style, as it really is night and day in terms of utility.
