I walk 5 days a week between 8 to 10 miles. I have the 2 liter bag and it is enough to keep me hydrated, l have had it for over a year and half and no problems. Amazon shipped on time and packed it good enough so there was no damage. Great product if and when it wears out I will order another one. I rinse it out every day and leave the cap open to dry it out. Once a month I soak with a tab of pepsident denture cleaner just to ensure no mildew buildup.
