Review: UPDATED REVIEW: The New Unit Works Perfectly! - TLDR: Excellent customer service and a perfectly working replacement has solved my previous issues! I'm now happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stand to charge your headset and controllers! UPDATED REVIEW 11/11/24: After my original review (see below for details), the seller reached out to me and stated they identified a problem with insufficient power on a small batch of units. They offered to send me an additional unit that had been tested thoroughly to ensure the problem had been corrected and I would not experience the connectivity issues again. They kept me up to date throughout the process with timing info and the tracking number. When the new unit arrived, I set it up exactly like I had with the previous units, but this one connected properly the first attempt and I have not had any issues with it so far. Also, it is worth mentioning that I have the Kiwi aftermarket head strap and it fits on this stand very well. There is an adjustable arm on the back of the stand that props it up very well. One small critique I still have is regarding the beep it makes when you put the headset or controllers on the charger. Realistically, this probably will not bother the majority of people, and now that each piece connects properly on the first try it is much less of an issue than it was on the defective units earlier, but personally I would still like the option to mute that. Many people do not want to hear a beep when they connect the headset at night and others are sleeping. Definitely not when it beeps dozens of times before you finally get it to connect properly. Review: Good dock & great customer service - This charging dock is compact and works great with the Quest 3. Though you have to add a small adapter on the bottom of your magnetic charge pins on the Q3 for it to work with the dock, but it's pretty much drop and charge. Since I bought it, I've had two separate issues with one of the controller's battery not charging correctly, and one of the controller's grips covers broke. Both times the company was quick to respond via email and ship out replacements free of charge. Will buy more accessories VR from them again, especially if they decide to make some for the upcoming Steam Deck :)

This charging dock is compact and works great with the Quest 3. Though you have to add a small adapter on the bottom of your magnetic charge pins on the Q3 for it to work with the dock, but it's pretty much drop and charge. Since I bought it, I've had two separate issues with one of the controller's battery not charging correctly, and one of the controller's grips covers broke. My boyfriend has been using the PRISMXR Charging Dock, and he absolutely loves it. The setup is super easy — the magnetic pins make aligning the device effortless, and it securely snaps into place every time. It charges his gear quickly, so he’s never waiting long before jumping back into his VR sessions. The dock itself is sleek and compact, which looks great on his desk without taking up much space. It fits a variety of head straps, including bulkier ones like the official Elite Strap with Battery, which is a huge plus. He also appreciates that the dock is sturdy and feels well-made. A couple of minor things: controllers with silicone grips need those grips removed to charge properly, and the dock emits a beep when charging starts, which can’t be turned off — but these are small trade-offs considering the convenience it offers.
