Really good
The media could not be loaded. Works really well. Lot of fun messing with the cat during the day. Pretty maneuverable but not crazy fast, even on the highest speeds. Was worried it would have trouble going up and down carpeted areas but it has no problem. Still figuring out all the features on the app but saving videos is pretty cool.

Doesn’t work
Worked for about 2 minutes, now it doesn’t stay connected and freezes up. Listen to the other reviews. This thing’s garbage!

Application glitch, error notification resolved
Such a great idea and project. I would like to put 5 star review from very start but I couldn’t due to its app ROLA started to glitch and connection was totally lost. Moreover app did not let me to login, in 1 hour of desperate attempts I’ve finally logged in but it did not let me to reconnect with bot and saying Unknown Error repeatedly. Thank you for fixing this issue within 24 hours. I hope you will have more useful feedback and more users to try this incredibly useful pet pal.

Pup loves it
This is awesome. One of our grand pup loves it and the other is not too sure about it. They do like that it drops treats :)

Nonexistent tech support
Product works wonders, have to give 1 star because for the past week I’ve been trying to contact them to get a replacement charging station and their support constantly is giving the runaround.

Super easy setup. Took only 3 minutes to download the app and setup WiFi.

Do not recommend
Stopped returning to charging station on its own after a week of use. It loses wifi connection very easy. I have pretty strong wi-fi signal throughout my entire house but still loses connection. App is very laggy. Tried resetting with no luck. Great concept but needs much improvement. Will be returning. Not worth $200.

Works great!
The media could not be loaded. Love this nifty little guy it was very easy to setup the camera quality is great on wifi but can be glitchy on wifi unless the settings is switched from original to smooth its pretty quite while driving but does occasionally have sounds such as “im going home to charge” and “rola” attached is a video of the rola petpal in action in my home!
