I swear by these
I swear by these. Especially after a night out, these can really help me get hydrated again. Low calorie, fairly good price at about $0.30 per packet. I wish I could buy it in greater bulk at a discounted rate, but oh well. The taste is good, but you gotta drink it within a few hours, otherwise it gets a little extra sour.

Invaluable for Long Distance Backpacking/Hiking!!!
These were the best option available to me in Hanover, NH for a resupply box. I needed them desperately after having hiked the 424 of the hardest 442.2 miles of the Appalachian Trail. I was badly in need of electrolytes and insane amounts of calories and these were invaluable.

I went back to NUNN...since I can really tell a difference in energy. This Emergency gave no energy boost or value; a friend of mine also felt the same way after trying both.

Tastes awful like aspirin so I can't say if the electrolytes actually work. Couldn't finish it. 2 stars for fast delivery but zero for the product
