My original unit no longer holds a charge and I was going to send it out for repairs, but decided to price new units on desertcart first. There are plenty of different settings, a dozen pads of various sizes, many intensity levels, two channels, 3 sets of wires, 2 dual pad, 1 quad pad, a pad storage board, a USB charging cable, and a storage bag. The unit is easy to use and, for me, helps dramatically with knee and hip pain. This unit cost about 1/3 of the price of my original unit - I am very happy with it! I suffered a car accident 2 years ago that left me with a lot of pain all over and I have severe lower back pain as well as sever shoulder swelling. I tried everything before I decided to purchase this. The first try, I noticed that the muscle wasn't as tense and the swelling has gone down a bit. With the tension not being so tight, I was able to sleep that night. Over a course of using a few nights in a row, I noticed a big difference in muscle tension.
