It is sticky on application
The pen is hazel free but the alta is too sticky and the colour will bleed. However it is useful for carrying in dance functions etc.

Worst product purchased ever in Amazon
I had purchased for my daughter as she used to frequently perform bharatnatyam dance. I thought this product will ease my problem of long time talking to apply traditional alta liquid. The pen stick is keep releasing colour to what ever she touches. It is talking a lot of time to washout the colour. After performance it took nearly an hour to wash as it was keep releasing colour. Traditional alta does not release like this. I will never recommend this product and very much disappointed with this Alta pen .

Easy to apply but stains whereever you touch
I have been looking for good pigment alta since long abd this is very well pigmented with ease of application.But still you stain everywhere you touch and not waterproof.
