Review: Why can't more games be this small? - This game is a literally little gem! I have the original big box Gloomhaven but this is much more fun in my opinion. There's some story, combat, and a few different characters to choose from. It's a simple solo game that takes up such a tiny amount of space but is still fun to play. I hope they make more of these compact games. Perfect for a single player.

This game is a literally little gem! I have the original big box Gloomhaven but this is much more fun in my opinion. There's some story, combat, and a few different characters to choose from. It's a simple solo game that takes up such a tiny amount of space but is still fun to play. I hope they make more of these compact games. Perfect for a single player.

A miniaturized single player version of Gloomhaven.?. Sign me up! It plays very well. They figured it all out perfectly. I've played 3 scenarios (of 20!) and tried out 2 (of the 6!) playable characters. Play only takes up the space of a tv tray table & unlike other Gloomhaven games, easily fits back into its box. It's so portable! It scratches that gaming itch between our group nights. I'm going even try out some of the characters in a Jaw of the Lion solo campaign.
