The fridamoms come in a crazy-thick, non-removable lining which isn’t as flexible and comfy as these. (FM’s are also a bit too big/bulky for my C-cups but they work, MC is just a bit smaller and way more flexible.) FM’s might be better for heat which I haven’t tried yet and more resilient in general since they’re so thick, but so far MC is better for icing and more flexible by far which I prefer. The MCs come with a little cotton sleeve which you can take off to get some extra moments of icy cool whereas the FM ones just tap out sooner for cold and there’s nothing you can do but call it a day. Plus these ones can offer a more extreme icing right off the bat if you just leave the cotton sleeve off entirely, whereas the FM ones top off at a much less extreme temp since their casing is so thick.
