There are 5 speeds and it is pretty simple to use and change gears. It’s also very quiet compared to the Theragun and it charges via a USB C cable so I can use any charger I have. There are 2 things that I prefer the Theragun for and one I prefer this one for. The Theragun had more travel in the head. Because of this, it can get cramps out of my calf that the T2 just can’t get to. The Theragun also has the triangular handle that really allows me to dig into my calf in a way I can’t do with the T2. However, the T2 is better for more tender areas. I can also cramp in my thigh. The Theragun often gets too deep and can irritate this area.
