Review: Stiff consistency - The royal icing needs to be deleted with small amounts of water to get the consistency you want and it works great. I needed to flood the icing on cookies so I just diluted it with small small amounts of water to get to the flood consistency and it worked great.

**Q: With pre made royal icing can you just add food coloring to make color ?**
A: I don't know about regular food coloring but they sell gel coloring just for this product which isn't expensive and would probably not work best

**Q: What would I have students use to make a line on a gingerbread house?**
A: A very small tipped icing tip that would go on a pastry bag (you can get clear ones that you can throw away)

**Q: Can I use this to ice cookies?**
A: Yes, you can.  You could also use it to make decorations on the cookies.

**Q: Why is it $13 here and 6.98 in the store????? why a $7 price difference for one tiny jar??**
A: I question that myself.  It is sooooo small it's not worth the price difference.

Arrived on time. However, it was extremely stiff. Dumped it into a bowl, added water, used mixer to blend, added more water, blended, and it finally appeared to be usable. It wasn’t. Kept clogging the icing tip, and ultimately proved to be un-usable. Make your own!
