This clip board provides a solid base for writing, it has a strong clip for holding papers, and it is rigid — not flexible. It has elegant simplicity with no pictures/etching and no ruler along the edge, and it sits flat on surfaces. By far, this is the BEST clip board that I have ever purchased!!
