Review: Eightree mini 5 MHz smart plug - These 5 GHz smart plugs are truly “smart”. After upgrading to a fiber optic system, my 2.4 GHz desertcart smart plugs would not sync/connect. Even though the new ISP said that the new system has switchable megahertz bands that should cover most smart devices, my old smart plugs failed to connect. The Eightree smart plugs found my network and connected via the SmartLife app in less than 30 seconds. Migrating the new smart plug system to my Alexa app took less than 15 seconds. Everything worked seamlessly. The only thing that took time was deleting my desertcart smart plugs and creating new routines. This is perfectly normal and took the standard amount of time per plug. Just realized today I had a lamp that was connected to an desertcart smart plug and was on 24/7. I ordered another 5 MHz plug for the lamp. I am anticipating no issues with setup and migration to my Alexa app. Five stars for this amazingly effective and simple to set up smart plug.

These 5 GHz smart plugs are truly “smart”. After upgrading to a fiber optic system, my 2.4 GHz Amazon smart plugs would not sync/connect.
