The product is really easy to use, it is light.I went on a trip for 12 days where I used it constantly and the battery never drained!I did not have to charge it once!The remote control it is really useful and not to talk about the tripod.Best product ever!

Haven't used it yet but I love the compact design (it folds up) and how light it is.I will be using it to film my online art classes and demos.

Love it and the best stand for my phone ( IPhone 10s) with the case on.

I can say without equivocation that this product is second hand or just plain broken. The blue light does not turn on. The instructions are woefully inadequate. I will be returning this. I asked them to send me a replacement—which they did, but this time the blue light to our did not work. The first time, the product had clearly been used and the stick was barely able to close/was broken
