**Q: How big are the pills?**
A: Nikki, the capsules are 15/16" long x 5/16" wide. Length may vary but only slightly. Blessings on your day...  H. Green

**Q: It says veg caps but lists gelatin as an ingredient.   Are these vegan supplements or not?**
A: My bottle says that the capsules are made from cellulose, and that they are Veg Caps. There is no gelatin listed.

**Q: Can I dissolve the powder in water?**
A: Yes.  Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.
