This is an excellent monitor, bright and sharp
This is an excellent monitor, bright and sharp, with a good colour gamut and has received excellent reviews in the technical press. It also has an excellent range of physical adjustment.However I would dearly like to meet the genius who decided to recess vertically the mains connector and other ports such that you need to be a contortionist in order to install it.I also have an issue with the menu and setup buttons which are on the underside of the front of the panel and have to be located by feel.Technically a great monitor but marred by some less than intelligent industrial design: hence only four stars.

Good resolution giving very clear picture
Bought as replacement monitor when my 22" screen died. Specification looked good at the price and I have not been disappointed. Can't speak for durability as only had it a couple of months but no reason not to expect a good few years out of it. I particularly liked the way the screen could be moved on it's support in order to find best viewing position. I have no dislikes at this time and could therefore recommend it to others looking for a fair quality screen at a good price.

Great picture, useless speakers, webcam issues.
The picture is stunning and the monitor is worth it for that alone. The stand and available adjustmentsare top notch. The speakers are quiet and tinny, but you can plug in amplified speakers to the screen soyou can use the display port/hdmi connection to carry the audio. The webcam has issues, the bottom ofthe camera frame shows the top edge of the screen and you get glare from this into the camera - so marringwhat would otherwise be a reasonable image.

Lousy Sound
I am very pleased with the picture but the sound is abyssmal - low volume and extremely tinny - quite unusable. Particularly disappointing as the built in speakers were a major consideration when I was looking at the available monitors. Save some money and go for a monitor without speakers.
