Review: Boxing has always been one of my favourite and most effective exercises but I no longer have the room for my old bulky punch bag which is why I ordered this superb speed ball which is so much more compact (and dare I say, much more fun!). Once set up, the wall-mount design is solid and sturdy. Its also easy to adjust the height for anyone else who might want to use it. The speed bag itself is well-made, with a nice bounce that’s perfect for working on reflexes and hand-eye coordination. It’s surprisingly fun, too. Whether it’s for a quick stress relief session after work or part of a more intense workout, this setup has been a great! The best thing is fits perfectly into my room without taking up too much space, and it’s been a fantastic way to add some variety to my workouts. The reflex bag is especially good for getting into the rhythm and improving timing, and it’s also been a great way to blow off some steam. Overall, this speed boxing ball is a fantastic. It’s well-built and it offers a great way to work on speed, reflexes, and just get a good sweat going. Whether you’re a boxing enthusiast or just looking for a fun and effective way to stay active, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

excellent exercise.... but overall a disappointing product. I seem to spend more time tightening the fittings than working out as they work themselves loose. Would be ideal for children, but can't really take the punishment an average adult male exerts during use
