Sony Ericsson W995 Sim Free Mobile Phone - Black

I have 3 of these mobiles although they are no longer manufactured probably because of the slider, which can be a problem on occasions after several years' use. However it can be repaired. Very smart and compact, large screen, excellent camera. Really good phones for people who don't like touch screens. Easy to use. Just be aware that if you use cheap generic chargers you can damage the charging port block, which is what happened to one of mine. However I was able to get it repaired in a repair shop in the high street and it only cost £20 for the soldering in of the new block which I got off the internet for £2.99 and free postage. I now have two new genuine SE chargers with my two new phones but I have been unable to get an in-car charger.

The item arrived in good vondition. Yet, when I contacted the technical service of sonny ericsson to upgrade the software to add the Greek language (since I use it in Greece) I was informed that the mobile phone was operating with an unauthorized software and thus no upgrading was possible. I will be happy to return the item to the seller and be reimbursed.

A feature packed mobile phone.Good for music buffs (sony walkman)and sony mobile phone users.Good camera.Slide phone.Relativly small but not light and not a smart phone.

the big problem being on the keypad I have 2 sets of 6 and 2 sets of mno fortunately the phone has the right numers letters when pressed ie 9 wxyz but its bloody inconvienent I often press the wrong keys when not concentratingbut did the compant realise this when they sent it out--no mention of this fault at the time--perhaps thats why it was relatively cheap--but i need a phone as i was going to malta for a month. otherwise the phone is great

I am very happy with my purchase and its all I hoped it would be. Probably not as up to date as the touch screen mobiles but thats fine by me. The size is perfect - its small but quite chunky and the screen is a good size if you want to use the internet etc. Its packed with lots of good features and the quality of the Walkman is very good. Its easy to operate and has everything I want. I had the 595 model before this and that was equally as good. Good value for money!!
