Alpha GPC is more bioavailable than other forms of choline and is known to cross the blood brain barrier. In the brain and other neural tissues, Alpha GPC becomes a constituent of cell membranes. Ingredients Alpha GPC (L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine), Cellulose (capsule), Cellulose Powder, Silica, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Contains soy (Alpha GPC from soy lecithin). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Makes my brain work better
I've been taking Now Alpha GPC for more than a year. It feels like it's improved my memory and ability to think, and I'm definitely less clumsy and have better balance. My brain feels like it works better than when I was younger.I'm taking it in the hope that I don't get dementia, which runs in my family. And I like feeling more intelligent now.I haven't bought from the seller yet, but I do buy this brand.I haven't noticed any side effects.
