We’ve reinvented these popular Asian specialty noodles using healthier, organic heirloom and whole grain rice. Available in three flavors including Traditional, Forbidden and Brown Rice. All three varieties are gluten-free, wheat free and contain no fat or preservatives.They’re perfect for making a more nutritious and authentic restaurant- style Pad Thai as well as ideal in stir fries, savory noodle soups and chilled noodle salads. Their excellent flavor also makes them a perfect gluten-free substitute for pasta. If you are gluten intolerant these are good noodles to try. They aren't perfect, of course, but they aren't bad either. Have eaten a lot worse tasting gluten free noodles.
