The 1/2 star of would be for the absurd silicon gasket. There is such an obvious better design for this gasket that would allow it to be removed and cleaned easily it is a shame they didn't put some thought into it. I just don't remove the gasket; though I would like to.The juice yield of the Super Angel is outstanding. Cleaning is a breeze. And I don't put it in the dishwasher as it has been warned that the heat can "break" the magnet on the unit requiring a new part, $400.The unit does have a tendency to tip when applying extra downward force to juice carrots.I was worried about the size/length of the unit but I just leave it disassembled and its footprint is minimal.Very happy I switched from my Omege Centrifugal Juicer which when disassembled took up my entire spare sink! Small problem but seems like could have been a better design. The other thing is when you push down the harder vegetables it’s easy to tip. If they made the pulp container fit to also act like a Support it too would be an easy fix, and one I’ll be doing myself. Love the silky smooth juice and do recommend it because it’s so much easier to clean over all other juicers I’ve had, and does extract more juice. We only use organic so I like to get all the juice possible.
