It helped me enormously but eventually I needed something much stronger. I recommend this product. **Q: For this price I’m getting two boxes, I.e 20 sachets? Do they have a good expiry date as the tubes, it says to discard after a month.** A: I use this when my mum's IBS is bad. One satchet with half a cup of water to drink. It works very well.
