Wow, moms, autistics, people with sensory issues... dig this toothbrush! This is a good practice tool, stimming tool and gum massager. I got this after dental surgery to gently address brushing and gum pain. The brush is actually really big so it would be very difficult to choke on, you'd have to use force. You can't use this like you would a regular brush, it causes you to slow down because it's tough to fit in a big area, it's like you have to try to individually position it for every tooth. However, it worked for what I wanted, I could massage my back gums with no pain. Very sturdy but soft.

These have been great for my baby. She loves them. Particularly a big fan of the brush. It’s easy to hold and she uses both sides. Sometimes this is the only thing that calms her when she’s teething. Definitely good value for money.

Definitely helps my baby get used to having things brushing/poking in his mouth. I totally misread that it’s just 1 brush though which makes it on the more expensive side for essentially a toothbrush shaped teething toy

We initially used the toothbrush as a teether and as a way for baby to practice holding things like a utensil. Now that several teeth have sprouted we are using it as a toothbrush and its perfect that there are bristles on both sides. I squeeze a tiny bit of non flouride tooth paste on both sides to get top and bottom teeth at the same time. It's the perfect size as well

I can’t speak to whether this is effective or not but baby loves to put it in his mouth :D
