Then the scooter started flashing an error message (which we now see is a common issue for this scooter). It would flash the message, then beep, and shit down. At first it was once every few days, but now, it's every single time and my son has not been able to ride it, because it doesn't move. Waiting to hear from customer service to see if they can figure out a solution. Very frustrating to pay this much for a scooter to work for a month. When it works, it's great.
