I called the support number and a guy in New Jersey answered right away and talked me through holding some buttons on the remote to reset the max height setting. Great support! What are the trigger words on Alexa do get the mount to go up and down?** A: You long press the mem1 or mem2 button for about 3 seconds on the remote until you hear a beep. Please refer to our manual that you can download on our website. The mount was not designed to work with Alexa. **Q: Could you add a sound bar above the TV on the lift?** A: Possibly, depending on the TV size, dimensions, VESA pattern, VESA pattern placement measurement, soundbar dimensions, soundbar bracket etc. No easy answer. **Q: What is the size of the included 'top lid'? And, is there a media cabinet availalbe?** A: The "Top lid" I'm making as part of the cabinet I'm building, is 44" wide by 12" deep. I don't know if there is a media cabinet available as I'm taking the challenge of building a custom one for the lift and the TV, I want to install. Perfeito para projetos desejado, excelência total. Ressalto que ao acioná-lo por várias vezes ele trava na posição que estiver, mas para solucionar, basta desligar a fonte dele por alguns instantes que volta a funcionar *( pode ser uma espécie de proteção do motor) isso ocasiona, devido as várias tentativas de regulagem das posições. Outra coisa, a importação feita pela Amazon foi segura e rápida dentro dos prazos legais e o vendedor americano tirou todas as dúvidas no campo de perguntas, ótimo.
