After a couple of days I started to feel a sharp pain in my testicle. I wasn’t sure what it was from, but I stopped wearing these for a while and the pain went away. After wearing them again for a couple of more days the pain returned. I am convinced that it is due to the pressure placed on the taint all day. I have worn a medium size with a D pouch. I won’t return them and will use them more as a short term wear for the gym and not all day. Still love the look!

Like a lot of the other reviews for this say, they're just not very functional. The pouch isn't being held in place by anything, so any movement pretty much causes it to pop off. Idk about other guys, but my junk doesn't hang very low, and tends to press upward, causing the pouch to fall off. I love this brand and I have at least a dozen other pairs of underwear in different styles from them, but this one is a real bust.
