Ive had a couple thermals of different varieties. This is the first ive had issues with. The first problem was with the set up. The last page of the instructions had a QR code to scan to get the app. I tried several times and it kept just trying to sell me a golf rangefinder. Quite annoying to be honest but searching online, with no actual help from the website. i managed to find an app of the same brand and could use it. I am unsure if it was due to the lower refresh rate or the camera or the app itself but i had a lot of problems with my pucture freezing. That was the only reason i returned it. I adjusted a lot of settings to try ry to correct it and it got better but never went away. It might work great for a brief period but then would slowly start freezing the puc. Sometimes it would correct it for a little while to simply exit the camera in the app and re-enter. Sometimes i had to unplug it completely and let it set a minute. To be fair, when it did work I had no issues. The camera,itsself was slightly larger than the last brand but no big deal there. If they can figure out the issue with the freezing up I would not have an issue with it but I was nearing the end of my return period and was at risk of getting stuck with it so didnt have time to try.
