I'm not a big Kimchi fan especially if it is too spicy but this is a flavor enjoyment. First crunch of the radish is a pickle dill flavor then as you chew comes just a bit of mild spice. Yes, there is the Kimchi aroma, but I save my glass jars, so I put it in a jar then in a gallon plastic bag. No smell in my refrigerator! Bravo to the inventor!
