I liked the ease of the use of this book and the online practice test and resources.

I have enjoyed having the written material, and especially appreciate the online videos explaining many, many subjects! I am very glad I made this purchase! I passed my exam!

I recently took my Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification exam and bought this book in hopes it would help me prepare for it. Unfortunately, I ended up returning it. The topic of the questions is helpful; however, the questions structure is nothing like the exam. The questions this book provides are WAY too easy and not at all like they are on the exam. The rationales help you get a better idea of the topics covered, but you can also get that first hand from the ANCC site. I took the exam a few weeks ago and found the best resource to prepare was the book recommended by the ANCC site, except that book does not offer rationales. If you are anything like me, you want to know why your selection is correct or incorrect.

My co worker was successful on her third attempt with the use of your product. I purchased your product "Ambulatory Care Nursing Exam Secrets Study Guide", because of her experience. Using the guide was very helpful. It provided a guide to what information would be on the test and the practice test was an essential part of study. While I was studying I showed another co worker the book and she asked if I had the free DVD. It was too late to order the DVD before my test but I would like to have that product.I PASSED on my first try............due to this product.

I really enjoyed the fact that you break down the different test taking skills- and the language that you use to demonstrate this. Going from a 500-page curricula book and trying to study it to a roughly 193 page Skill study guide is sooo much better and it has decreased my test anxiety! Thank you for developing this tool! I plan to also purchase the Flash Cards to go along with this as a resource as well!

This book has great video links and has concise overviews of different body systems.

The book arrived folded, anyway. It is thicker than i imagine i am lazy to open it after seeing it.. Hope it helps me for my exam.

Ugh would NOT recommend. Does not provide details and is purely content overview. Some explanations and answers are dated as well. Stick to the core curriculum from aaacn. I purchased the practice exams from mometrix as well- only 2 exams and they were fine. Had decent explanations for answers, but again content/reasoning is dated. I think these were printed in 2013 while the actual aaacn curriculum and review questions were recently updated in 2019 and 2020.
