It is very noisy and not very comfortable. First day I sat down on it it tipped over if you have it fully reclined. The arm is loose as the bolt hole was put in sideways. The adjustable recline only locks it in place. To have movement back and forwards you need to keep it unlocked .. hence the tip over.If I still had the box I would return it.Update: never really used the chair as it was bad. My other chair died so I started to use this chair each day. It lasted 2 days before it would loose air and sink down. Not even worth 1 start.

Decent chair for the price.
This chair came pretty quickly and I was excited to have found a chair that seemed so nice for a decent price. I will say overall this is a pretty quality chair. It is important to note that I've only had it for about a week though. Its a comfortable chair and the cushions are a little more on the firm side but still really comfortable. I have done a few 6+ hour sits in it and I had no discomfort and it supports my back really well. Its a heavy chair and its construction is solid but the quality of some of the screws could be better. You really have to tighten the screws to the absolute max they can go otherwise you will squeak, creek, and hear parts moving and even then they still might squeak and creek. It has the ability to lean back and keep a set position so you don't always have to sit straight up and you can "save" the tilt of the chair by pushing the lever. The arm rests are padded well, but, when mine came they looked like the packing have them squished or compressed and they seem a little more flat than intended. They have some firm foam in them - we'll see if these go flat with extended use. The headrest is nice, it does not completely fit snug so there is a little room for it to wobble back in forth while its inside the chair but nothing too awful. Lastly, my chair has many frays in the frabric and lots of dings and scratches and some weird stains on it. I was kind of annoyed to find so many of these things. You can see what I mean in my pictures. Overall I'd say its a good chair for the money you're paying.TL;DR (Too long didn't read)Pros:Good supportDecent cushions(More on the firm side)Solid materials - All metal - Heavy chairHas a tilt abilityFits a 6'0 person perfectly any taller and I wouldn't really recommendLeather is DecentCons:Squeaky (Manual talks about loose screws but mine are 100% as tight as they can go)Lots of dings and frays, stains, and otherwise imperfectionsHeadrest doesn't lock into place very wellMy chair sits a little crooked and leaning to one way. (Could be I didn't line things up maybe? Not sure)Assembly is a tad bit difficult with the arm rests and the angle of the screws - again not that bad but it could be betterScrews are awful quality and can be stripped and bent easily.Have to tighten screws fairly often because of squeaking.

You get what you pay. Cheaply made.
I was very excited to get this chair. Looked so amazing, and reviews are decent. Well, not worth it. You can see on the photos I uploaded two things were bad out of the box. (Broken plastic and one screw couldnt go all the way in.) Screws are very cheap quality and threads are so gentle that I ruined 2 just by screwing them thight. They say it might start making sounds after awhile. 3 days is awhile i guess. Tried tightening it more, didnt help. I will probably return it

i hate this chair
I hate this thing... I am sitting in it right now and i cant stop thinking about how much i hate it.I think this chair was put here in america by the russians trying to bring the downfall of western society.Headrest is awful, cushion is junk after 3 months, the gas piston does not stay up anymore, armrests are flexing and are going to fall off soon. When I finally get a real job and can afford a new chair, i am going to take this chair on vacation with me to Arizona. Then i am going to personally throw it into the Grand Canyon...

This Chair is Junk!
The chair I received was bent on arrival. No damage to the shipping box. The headrest is lopsided, the armrest on the right side is bent. The chair leans to the right and is unstable. Way too much of a hassle to return. The other "positive reviews" I read prior to purchase are obviously shills. This chair is junk! Let my $169 loss be your gain. DO NOT BUY!Update: After 3 months the chair is practically falling apart. The bearings in the main support post have failed and the chair continues to lean further and further to the right. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such JUNK to be sold on their site.Update: After 3 1/2 months the chair is no longer functional. I am afraid to sit down in it. It is now retired to the junk pile.

Assembly is easy except putting the arms on
Decent chair for the money. This is the second one that I have bought. Assembly is easy except putting the arms on. Thought it was a fluke on the first one but had the exact same problem with the second chair. If you buy this and you manage to assemble it, keep the allen wrench handy as you will have to tighten the bolts that hold the arms on daily.

Chair is really comfortable and stern
Chair came punctured with a hole in back, and one side of chair I had to use a hammer to bend metal piece back so screw can do in straight with arm socket, however once assembled, Chair is really comfortable and stern. I am 6' 215 lbs holds me very well.
