But they were on sale for $60, so why not? I've used them for a few months, nearly every day, and they are holding up pretty well. Nonstick, yes, but you'll still want oil for cooking for some things. For example, scrambled eggs don't stick at all. Flipping an egg is another story. And due to its nonstick nature, this will not develop a fond on the bottom. Supposedly these are oven safe to 550F ... but I am not testing that at all because the handles are my least favorite part. The recommendation is that you only have them on when you are actively moving the pot/skillet probably because they feel just a tad loose and are noticeably warmer after a minute on a gas range. They are very easy to clean if you get on it right away, but they do stain if you let them sit too long with a sauce (looking at you, marinara). I've run them through the wash a few times with no degradation. My favorite part though? Because the handles are detachable, they stack SO FREAKING WELL. I bought these on sale for $60 and felt like I got a deal.
