Portuguese Blood Sausage
Not what I had hoped for. I spent a lot of time in Hawaii eating Hawain Portuguese Blood Sausage and this was not what I grew up with. Not saying it was bad but not what I was looking for. I will look elswere for the Blood Sausage I remember.

Top 5 Blood Sausages
The festive aroma was a delightful added feature when i sliced it up for my charcuterie plate. The only downside was that it was approximately the shape and consistency of an adult male human turd

The look of the blood sausage was good
This blood sausage wasnât that appealing. It felt more like this item was produced in quantity rather than quality.

Not morcella
Nothing about the color, texture or taste was anything resembling Portuguese morcella...this was crumbly (dry) and off tasting, one bite and it was in the trash.
