Easy to swap out
After the previous keyboard succumbed to pet hair and food, I was worried that swapping out the keyboard would be tough. I found a YouTube video that demonstrated, so it was a-okay.This product does NOT have lights for keys. Our previous keyboard did, so I didn't even think about it when I ordered. It's not an ordeal to not have the lights, but I realize that I did come to appreciate the lights on the previous keyboard.

Great product at an economical price
I loved this keyboard. It does not have the back-light as the original to the Studio did but I knew that when I ordered it. I didn't care. The keyboard did not come with instructions but was easy to get on the Dell site, in fact there was a video which displayed the instructions step by step. It was a breeze to install. I am totally satisfied with this product and ecstatic over the reasonable price.

NOT back lit
This keyboard is not back lit like my original dell keyboard. Also the whole keyboard seems to flex and move more than the original when you type or push on it. Kind of "spongy". Otherwise it works ok.

I'd think it was from Dell if I didn't know better
The keyboard looks just like the Dell keyboard I am replacing. The keys all look good with all the letters and function lettering in the exact same place as OEM. Installation was easy using Dell's online keyboard replacement instructions. Glad to have my keyboard back in working condition. Great product at an unbeatable price.

100% perfect
Installed into my Dell Studio 1536 perfectly. I am not savvy enough to know if its OEM or not...but side by side to the one that it was replacing it is identical. I'm not sure what Mr. One Star Rating is talking about...I'm guessing he ordered the wrong thing.

Inexpensive replacement part
My infant daughter loves pulling keys off my laptops, sometimes the small plastic parts break. I bought this rather than the LED backlit one, as it was just cheap. The keyboard was easy to install, came well-packaged and works, so what's not to like?
