However, when it was returned, I discovered that all of the identifying and maintenance-related information had been removed. The packaging was also discarded, and the drone, batteries, and remote were just placed loosely in a plastic bag inside the box without any protection. Additionally, all of my postal labels (which included my name, address, phone number, and FAA-required tail number) were removed—apparently with a razor or sharp object—causing deep scratches and gouges in the labeled areas. desertcart is currently processing an A-to-Z claim regarding the damage. The videos are soo good, They are almost too good. I cant find a way to share the originals as they are taken online without losing some of the quality. I let my 8 and 10 year old fly the drone its easy to use but they were nervous they would damage it.
