Hospital . Unfortunately the hospital do not send you home with one so in order for me to keep taking my medication via nebuliser I had to buy one. I chose this one as it looks virtually the same as the hospital one and is really straight forwards tand easy to use. I also chose it as I much prefer using a. Mask rather than mouth piece. This one comes with 2 masks one foe children so good for the whole family if needed. However the strap on the mask keeps coming off and if isn't the best of fits. However if does the job and gets me my medicine I need. The place where the medication or saline solution is held is also slightly to large for my need and if I only add the tiny medications the neb won't work and won't pic up the medication unless at a really awkward angle so I have to add extra saline to my medication but this isn't a problem really as saline helps me also .
