Bought this for my 6year old son. Delivery was fast and prompt and kept up to date all the way through. My friend actually put this up for me. All in all took 2 days to build and you will need 2 people for most of the building. I don't get the reviews that complain about the instructions and saying it's cheaply made as it's really good quality timber. We had a spare but that had split and a few other buts that were spare so ideal that they send a couple of extra bits. We are buying some more timber to make a roof for the playhouse as the sheet that was included wouldn't hold up in the unpredictable weather. For the people asking if you need to buy the anchors for the ground it all depends on your garden, I took a chance and never bought them as it is really sturdy and the weight of it makes sure it won't move so personal preference really. I actually got a call from the actual sellers just to check in and see if everything was ok and if we needed any help or if anything was missing so amazing aftercare aswell. All in all my son is really happy and I would definately recommend this to anyone.

Pros.-The kids love it- It had it's moments during the build (see cons below) but overall, it wasn't a bad project to complete. Every other part was relatively straightforward.- The shipment was prompt and the service was good.Cons.-The vinyl and the decals are not pre cut and there are no templates for either. This was a bit awkward and a shame that they couldn't provide them.-the roof needed an extra length of wood as it needed more support. The instructions were not clear how to complete the roof- the wood in some places is a little rough, the kids have had a few splinters-more of a niggle than a con, but the ladder on the side doesn't line up with frame. The ladder is too wide for the gap.

Plus points: good quality, thick wood and fixings. Assembly instructions easy to follow. Good value for money. Arrived promptly (quicker than suggested). Good after sales service. Looks great in the garden. Good size for my three year old and his friends to play on.Negatives: Nice graphics (swords, skull and crossbones, signs, etc) don’t come precut or marked, so you need to mark these out and cut by hand (I haven’t done this yet). Some parts (screws, washers and caps) weren’t supplied in full, but great customer service meant these were sent within a week. Swing beam seems quite low.Tips: Two person job to install. No specialist tools needed, but a cordless screwdriver/drill is essential. Took two days to construct. Some design modifications needed (e.g. to cut off bar above slide and reposition as support next to it, change spacing of side steps so top one isn’t at platform level). Note that wheel and trapeze were bought separately.

Product arrived well wrapped and on time, several boards split or damaged, replaced by myself. The supplied instructions for assembly were very basic, could be better. I am very hands on and this was not a simplistic build for the non-diy types.You really need two persons to help build this item or a basic knowledge of site carpentry to add temporary bracing whilst assembling.Thoroughly tested at 3 years olds party by numerous kids, stood the test. Wii see how it weathers over the winter and report back......Well it’s been outside since August 2020 and had hundreds of hours of use .Still in one piece

Excellent climbing frame. Very impressed with the quality of the timber and the weight of it. I set it onto concrete using steel anchors and it is extremely stable. Note there are virtually no pre-drilled holes and the instructions are pictures only, so it does take time to install, when you consider a concrete base too. Would recommend using a powerful drill with a spare battery as there are so many screws. But overall, a great piece of kit at a good price.

Relatively easy to install, loads of screws and bolts not in use. As installed with the wood and bolts / screws provided the climbing frame is not stable and j had to strengthen it myself with off cut of wood I had at home to make it stable. That being said for half the price than other similar climbing frame it is still good value

When the product arrived very promptly after order, it was flat packed which scared me, however 6 hours later i had a fully functioning climbing frame for the kids. The quality and structure of this exceeded my expectations and it has been in my garden for around 9 months now. My only advice would be to make sure you have level and dry base for the support legs of the tower, I had these initially in grass and could see over time it may impact the wood and stability. Overall a fantastic purchase and good customer service when i had questions.

Brought as a birthday present for 3 year old son who absolutely loves it. It arrived very quickly and was kept upto date with times and dates that it was going to be delivered. Was easily assembled with 2 people. Quality of the wood is very good its very sturdy and am sure it will last many years for my younger child to enjoy. Its very good as u can add accessories to it n change the swings if desired. Brilliant company to purchase from am very happy with product.
