My first strip lasted two months *by A***. on December 9, 2019* My wedding band has always been just a tad too big, and this has really helped. I've had this for about three months now, and I've only had to replace it once. The longer I wore it, the more the strip seemed to compress and stick to my ring. After about two months, the edges were no longer sticking and had to be replaced. But hey, the pack comes with a ton of them, so replacing it every month or two isn't a big deal. You really don't notice that it is on the ring, and it just makes the ring more comfortable because it fits better. I've tried using those plastic sizer things that wrap around the band, but those always felt just a little weird, and they're fairly conspicuous, at least on a men's wedding band that should look the same all the way around. This works much better. I've only used it with a whole strip, I haven't tried cutting them. That might actually be better if it were slightly easier to get off. Right now it is really snug and comfortable, but when I pull it off, sometimes the ends of the strip move a little bit. I've used the silver and white strips on my white gold wedding band.
