Introduced to this by an Irish relative and fell in love. It is hard to describe the flavour but it is smooth, tangy, refreshing, dry and delicious. Unlike any other gin I have tried. It is certainly nicer than Bombay Sapphire, Brockmans or Hendricks all of which I like. It is very moreish though so be warned - you will want to buy another bottle and it is quite pricey. The bottle itself is rather pretty too which is handy as my daughter is collecting them for centre pieces at her wedding next year!
