We went from Nerf guns, then upgraded to some really basic air soft ones with plastic beads that have to be shot one at a time, and this is our latest round. We are trying to scare off some invasive creatures that keep coming onto our property. I am an animal lover, so I don't want anything that would hurt/do damage to animals and these are perfect for that. They scare away the animal sufficiently without doing harm while letting me stay far enough back to shoot around it. The noise it makes is great because often the noise alone scares off the invaders, but it's not loud enough to worry the neighbors, but we also live on half an acre, so this would not be good for a backyard in a regular city with restrictions. I do like that it has a clear orange barrel built into it so that it cannot be removed. That is just plain stupid if manufacturers' make that a removable option. Despite what the description says, it did come with some water beads. There were probably about 11,500 overall based on estimates. There were groups with different packaging and on some the amounts were labeled and the others were not, but it seems like a good starting size, especially considering how quickly the ammo could be spent. The speed and amount of beads delivered is accurate. This toy gun is super fast and delivers a lot of water beads at once. I can see how a "war" with the invasive species or your husband could make you use that ammo real fast. Now all they have to do is create some glow in the dark ammo. That makes the game so fun! I also love that these are non-toxic, so no need to pick up spent shells! These little babies can just disintegrate into my yard, leaving no trace I was ever there... Review: Best blaster and first blaster I ever have gotten - This is very sturdy and the flashlight is very realistic can't wait to fire this not sure yet how long I have to charge the battery but I love this blaster already ## Features - Upgrade Version for X2:X5 gel toy equipped with a new design upgraded,it makes the splatter toy more durable and not easy to go wrong. - Use 3 Hoppers:Gel toys equipped with a drum hopper, a long hopper and a short hopper, Different types of hoppers can be selected according to different competitions. - Package included：1* Gel Toy; 1 * Goggles; 1 * USB Charger; 1 *Drum Hopper; 1* Long hopper; 1*Short hopper;1* Manual.Ammunition/absorbing water beads are not included. - After playing with all the water balls in the magazine, they should be emptied. Water balls left in the magazine for a long time will become smaller, and shooting again after becoming smaller will cause the toy to become blocked. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DKFKG6J9 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #214,440 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #798 in Toy Foam Blasters | | Brand Name | Tomatong | | Customer Reviews | 3.6 out of 5 stars 143 Reviews | | Educational Objective | outdoor | | Included Components | 1 | | Item Dimensions | 12 x 6 x 3 inches | | Item Highlight | Gel Toys with Goggles and Drum, for Christmas Easter Outdoor Games for Adults | | Manufacturer | Tomatong | | Manufacturer Part Number | CHUANG-742 | | Manufacturer recommended age | 14 years and up | | Material Type | Plastic | | Number of Batteries | 1 Lithium Ion batteries required. Hopper works fine but the orbeez get stuck leaving the clip, before it enters the gun. Nothing comes outs. Pull the clip out and all the orbeez dump out. The exterior feels well built, but something is wrong internally. Absolute waste. ## Frequently Bought Together - Gel Toys X5,Upgrade Version for X2 Full Auto Gel Toys with Goggles and Drum, for Christmas Easter Outdoor Games, Ages 14 Years Old and up and Adults,Sandy - Large Electric Gel Splat Blaster, Automatic and Manual with 60,000 Gels - Gel Balls Blaster Ammo Splat Refill(7-8 mm, 4 Bottles, 120,000 Pieces), Orby Gun 7.5mm Bullets Gel Splatter Blaster Refill, Compatible with Gel Gun Blaster, for Ages 14+, Multicolored --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/678797460-gel-toys-x5-upgrade-version-for-x2-full-auto-ages](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/678797460-gel-toys-x5-upgrade-version-for-x2-full-auto-ages) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
