I donated this unit to a bird rescue. They are using it for injured birds and babies that they are caring for. They said it’s working out great.

This arrived earlier than expected and is outstanding for the price.

We are kitten fosters and this has really come in handy. We raised 5 kittens from one week old in this and it worked great! We also used it in older kittens that needed a bath to keep them warm. It’s great that it breaks down to about 5 inches high so it doesn’t take up a lot of space when not using it.

I have 3 of these. One of them works. The other ones will blow hot air for a min but then it’s cold. I have puppies so this isn’t convenient. To get around it I have added a heat pad.

This item could be great! But the one mailed to me was not. It did not properly read humidity levels of inside the incubator. Despite that I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they could replace only the part that reads the levels and after much back and forth was told amazon would need to handle my return. I did not want to return the whole item only wanted to exchange the reader as it could be defective. This item is for taking care of small newborn puppies and again it could be great but it just isn't at this time.Customer service was not rude but not very helpful either.

Easy to assemble and does the job. Worth it.
