Use caution at first as I started using mine on my artificial turf hitting mat and immediately noticed that the bottom of the plate made holes and tore into the turf. I just put a small throw rug between the turf and the plate to avoid further damage.

This is a great golf training aid for improving focus and technique on lower leg/feet weight shift. Use caution at first as I started using mine on my artificial turf hitting mat and immediately noticed that the bottom of the plate made holes and tore into the turf. I just put a small throw rug between the turf and the plate to avoid further damage.

Works ask described but the plastic construction is questionable compared to wood. Also, creates holes in carpet or on turf from having spikes on underside that is undesirable and probably won't work on hard surfaces.
